In the making of our gins, we have carefully selected botanicals along with our local Dartmoor hand foraged botanicals to produce flavours that command notice, enjoyment and a thrilling taste experience. In the summer you can often spot our master distiller, John Lawton, foraging for these botanicals on Dartmoor - with his faithful black lab, Tarka, enjoying the walk by his side!
Devon Botanicals
We use a carefully selected and curated mix of Dartmoor and other botanicals to bring flavour and distinction to every sip of our Devon artisan gins. These botanicals include Juniper Berries, Cassia Coriander Seeds, Dried Orange Peel, and Angelica - as well as some of our more secret Dartmoor ingredients!
